Interview
Written assessment of your qualities, multiple choice computer questions which I, being out of the workforce for 18 years nearly died, I'm sure school leavers would know these questions because it is current but when u've been so long away from public employment/education u feel really dumb, its scary, the interview process has changed massively, grammar section, reply to a email complaint and listen to conversation n take details of each caller, it was quick and u had to be alert! The facilitator was really nice and took her time and felt at ease with her very quick

Interview
Applied for the job and randomly got a phone call interview a couple of days later. The phone interview just asked about your experience's and a few general questions then if you pass you're invited to a group assessment.
Group assessment consists of filling out forms, giving a small presentation, a maths test, a test listening to calls and picking up info, computer test and spelling test. All very easy although one or two spellings could catch you out.
Lastly a mock customer phone call is done between you are the person running the group assessment.
If you pass this interview you get a phone call with a few more questions when you get home and there you will find out if you have the position.

Interview
Roleplay using the telephone, talking to a difficult customer. Only took 2 minutes, very easy. They just want to hear your phone voice, be polite and confident. Then a keyboard test, literally just had to type out a paragraph word for word with punctuation etc. Filled out forms. Individual interview. They go through your CV with you and then ask some customer service related questions. Very easy and nice person doing the interviewing. No group tasks.
