Interview
Really tough interview. They ask BAR format questions (background, action, result) and score you on the answers. Very specific questions that really test your knowledge of the company, your customer service skills and sales. Although the job description might not show much sales, BEWARE. Sales is a huge part of the job. Last part of the interview is a case that is related to sales.
