I applied online and face telephonic interview of one hour.Java and Design Pattern Questions. They asked about Bridge Pattern,Adaptor Pattern.Problem faced in last project and i how i solved same. They also grilled me on UML daigram and Test Driven Development. They asked me question on preformance tuning.Mainly they foccused on execution and testing part of development life cycle.But unfortunately then do not have any technical work to do.Very bad enviornment for consultant.
