Had 3 interviews. They give you a case study and you have to present your findings to the team. They ask a lot of behavioural questions so prepare as much as possible. They want someone who will stay in their position long term and not grow. They say they want people to grow but that’s not really true.

Generic behavioural questions. How can you improve? Mistakes made, etc.
One phone interview, then an in-person interview. The phone interview is more about past experience while the in-person interview includes technical and behavioural questions equally. I would say there are too many behavioural questions.
