Interview
There was a panel of three managers, with the lead manager doing most of the talking. Everyone was friendly and fairly relaxed. Asked a bunch of basic questions about why I wanted the position. Asked me what phone service I currently had, and then proceeded to sell me on T-Mobile. Afterwards he asked if I was aware of what he was doing, and to talk about the process.

Interview
Basic interview, previous sales experience is a plus however is not required. T-Mobile is all about the customer, you have to be personable. Demonstrate how you can meet company demands while keeping the customer satisfied. Make sure you do your research the company to get an understanding of how T-Mobile is different from the other major 3 carriers.

Interview
Well I applied in person and asked about any vacancy. The guy told me to fill out the application and wait for few days. After two weeks I had the interview with the district manager. It took about 20 mins. After two days I had the interview with their operational manager. And next day I filled up the background check and from tomorrow I will be working, i.e., April 1st 2015
