I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at T-Mobile (Atlanta, GA) in Apr 2015
Interview
The whole process started with contact from a recruiter, I was then brought in for an interview after I got brief interview questions from the recruiter. I was about a 2 week process all together. Recruiter was very nice and helpful. Called to follow up and see how the interview went. The interview was a bit harder than I had expected. A lot of questions that I was not prepared for.

Question 1
What motivates you to be successful day in and day out.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at T-Mobile (Huntington Beach, CA) in Oct 2012
Interview
There is an extensive assessment test to take online when applying. Then a phone screen from the hiring store. There is a first interview from then hiring store then a second interview with a store near by. You will only make it to the second interview if the hiring store manager likes you. The second interview is the confirm that they see the same quality in you.
I applied in-person. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at T-Mobile (Salt Lake City, UT) in May 2014
Interview
Interviewed twice with store managers. They wanted to make sure I was sales type of personality, and even said "this job isn't for everyone." Usually they have people interview with two store managers and have a third interview with the region manager so he can approve to hire new people. They start everyone at the same base pay, so there is no point trying to negotiate. Even if you don't have actual sales experience (like me) just "fake it til you make it" and sell them on you as a sales person.

When did you have a very difficult customer? How did you deal with it?
