T-Mobile interview questions

The first interview is a phone interview performed by HR personnel. The recruiter calls to make sure you understand the hiring process and sets up a panel interview. The panel interview isn't as scary as it sounds, it's generally performed by two people. The interview questions are pretty standard fare, but you do role play with your interviewers. I took the online assesment - felt it was fairly easy and straight forward, about 2 weeks later received a call for a phone interview, the recruiter immediately set up a on site interview a week later. Met with leadership for the onsite interview, immediately after did side by side and then filled out some forms for HR and the background check.
