I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at T-Mobile (Bellevue, WA) in Nov 2009
Interview
Recruiter was very condecending. He was more concerned about the highest level of budget that had been managed rather than the scope of prior work , skills, education. It was disappointing that T-Mobile would limit their talent search in that way. I didn't get far in the phone interview and I shared my thoughts with the recruiter.
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at T-Mobile (Brooklyn, NY) in Feb 2010
Interview
I was interviewed by the store manager and lead rep. They asked my a series of questions to try and qualify me in the retail world. They were particulary interested in my past job at Sprint and wanted to know too much in detail that would normally not concern another job. I though as if I were being hired for Sprint again.

I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at T-Mobile (Toledo, OH) in Feb 2009
Interview
After I applied online it was about two weeks before I received a phone call. The regional manager called me and scheduled me for an interview. The day of my interview I made sure to arrive a few minutes early (approx. 10 minutes). This was looked upon highly. I was escorted to the interview room at the store by the regional manager and was introduced to the store manager. Both managers sat in on the interview and asked me questions about my experience, my background, and what I thought I could bring to the company.
