T-Mobile interview questions

You fill out the app. Hr sends you an email to take three assessment. After you pass the assessment, you get an interview from three store you are applying for.once that goes though you go through a second interview with your district manager and then they offer you the position

Started with online application that lead to a timed online skills test (math and comprehension). Received a phone interview that was basically checking qualifications which does require that you average atleast 1 year of employment in past jobs. Then we had a panel interview that was very intimidating and required role playing amongst your typical interviewing questions. The interview lasted about an hour and ended with me alone in the room having to write a short essay on why I should be chosen for the position. Now days you are expected to sit beside a top performing rep before the interview to see if you are still interested in the position. Once offered the job I was required to submit to drug testing and a background testing. Training was 6 weeks long and honestly the best time of my career with the company.
