Great interview process. Typically starts off with a phone screening process in which you are asked a questions. Once you pass the initial screening, you are invited to have a face-to-face interview.

I had to do four interviews before being offered the position (HR, my manager, unit manager and regional manager). Some were phone interviews. Very nice managers in the Commercial Casualty unit.
