Starr Insurance Companies interview questions

An initial phone call followed by a Zoom call with both HR and the hiring manager. The initial call with the HR manager was easy. The second call with the hiring manager was weird since she clearly told me that they always work overtime.

A natural flowing conversation that felt less like an interview and more just two people getting to know each other. Never felt like I was put on the spot or being grilled with questions. Briefly went through points on my resume but the conversation just took its own natural course.
