Interview
The initial interview to be hired was quite a breeze for me. I was called within 2 days of submitting the applications. When I went in for an interview, my manager asked me 3 Questions: "What do you like to do for fun?" "Tell me about a time you were late for work." and "When can you start?" She said she already knew she was going to hire me based on my enthusiasm over the phone. I know it wasn't that easy for most other people though.

Question 1
"What do you like to do for fun?" was actually a difficult question to answer just because it seemed like a bit of a trick.

Interview
I was already a barista with the company, so my interview process many have been different from an outsider. After letting my manager know I was very interested in the position, I would stay busy and often not only do the tasks most people didnt, but also the ones that are most noticed. I also began learning and showing more interest in the company and coffee itself. Eventually an opening was avalible and i was one of three chosen to try out for the position. it was a two week trial to reallt shine in our store to see who not only had the most leadership, but reliability and attention to detail. after asking all the shifts for advice and working to my limits i was offered a position as a sift supervisor. I then had a coffee tasting with my store manager and district manager to just asnwer some "tell me a time when" questions just to verify I was a good choice to the DM. After the meeting i started the following week as a shift supervisor.

The hardest questions would be telling a time you delt with an outrageous customer or fellow employee. Answering the question itself isnt hard, but trying to recall a past time on the spot may take a few seconds.
