Interview
The hiring process was very simple, I went to a local job fair and interviewed with a manager. The interview took less than ten minutes. A couple days later I got a couple phone calls from various stores. I picked the location that was most convenient to my house. I then had a second interview at the location of my choice, and then got hired a day later. It was all very simple.
I applied for the position of Shift Supervisor through the website at starbucks.com when I learned a new Starbucks was opening in my area. The interview process wasn't too strenuous or drawn out. I received the initial call quite quickly and was offered the position not long after my interview.
