Basic behavioral and company related questions in the first round
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Starbucks in Mar 2023
Interview
The hiring process consists of 4 stages: a HackerRank coding assessment, an interview with a recruiter, a task-based technical assessment, and then a behavioral interview. The HackerRank coding assessment had three questions (R, Python, and SQL). The phone interview with the recruiter was fairly easy, and the task-based interview took 2 hours. For this part, you have to go over your plan on Zoom, and then you can get off the call and start working on the assignment.
