Springer Nature Associated Editor interview questions

I was contacted for a brief HR interview consisting of straightforward questions. Next, I was sent two manuscripts to evaluate editorially in two hours, selecting referees for both. After I submitted my documents for the evaluation, I was ghosted. For both the HR interview and timed assessment, they were late contacting me. I had to contact both times to remind them of the scheduled interviews.
