Interview
First you do an HR interview. 1-2 weeks later you will get an assessment - either make a decision on whether to accept papers in Nature, and give reasons. The other options is to assess recent literature and argue, why Nature missed out on publishing, or why you think something in Nature should be published elsewhere.
After passing the assessment, there is usually a 4h interview with the entire team, including a manuscript assessment drill.
There are long waiting times between assessments and interviews.
