I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Sogeti (Luleå) in Jan 2019
Interview
It started with a meeting with the office/team manager, I did not have any experience though I had studied an undergraduate degree (2 years) in Software Engineering. There he asked basic questions, job related and non job related like what I like to do in my spare time and such.
At the end of the first interview he sent me a hacker rank code problem to solve at home, no supervision at all while I was solving the problem. I didnt have much knowledge about data structure and algorithms so I basically solved it with "brute force".
He called to say that what I did was enough to get me an entry position as Software Developer, so I had another interview this time with a project manager and a senior developer, we talked again job and non job related topics, like what programming languages I have tested, what do I think about them and such easy questions. There were no technical questions that I had to solve, it was more like a chat the whole interview.
Then the team manager called in to give me an offer. Overall the manager was really nice and the whole interview process felt great.

I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Sogeti (Atlanta, GA) in Mar 2020
Interview
The interview involved solving some problems, and then describing how you would attempt to build a given system. My example was an atm machine, so I just had to map out the structure of the software that I would build to meet their use cases.
