Applied online.
Recruiter reached back and asked to answer some mock support questions. Those were related to Slack functionality and platform in general. Questions were not hard, but some research was needed. They gave you 24 hours to submit,
Then, recruiter scheduled a phone call. We discussed my experience, current role, why I want to join Slack, salary expectation (the range is 40-45k max).
Recruiter told me that he will discuss my application with the hiring manager and will let me know. I was rejected next week. I asked for more info why, as I felt the interviews went very well. Recruiter scheduled a call, but never actually called me.

Quick reply to start the first assignment. Straightforward questions. Big focus on culture and fit. Given a few days to work on the assignment which was more than enough.
