I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Slack in Nov 2018
Interview
Slack's recruitment team were amazing, very organized and communicative during the entire process. Everyone involved in the interview process, both over the phone, video calls and in person were welcoming, warm and generally easy to interact with. They asked some great and tough questions, always keeping you on your toes. What I loved about Slack is while they did test your skillset to a degree, they were primarily testing you on your personality and whether or not you'd be a fit for their culture.

Question 1
Provide us an example where you needed to adapt to change. How did you adapt, what were the difficult and positive points of this?
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Slack (Vancouver, BC) in Jul 2018
Interview
After submitting my application online via Slack website, I was a writing exercise to complete and submit through Greenhouse. Moving forward, I was scheduled one phone call with the recruiting team. A few days after that, I was scheduled another phone interview with someone who would potentially be my manager. After that, I was asked to come in for one on-site writing exercise, and three on-site interviews.

Question 1
What are some ways I practice organization? (Or something regarding my own system of operating.)

Interview
Super streamlined - received an email to schedule a phone interview, from there progressed to a writing test, another phone interview, another writing test, and finally, an in-person interview with the team. Just a note if you're in EST - Slack has offices in Vancouver and SFO, so you may get emails relatively late in the evening - just remember it's because it's PST
