Skyscanner Software Engineer interview questions

2 Programming Questions using Hacker Rank, had 3 hours to complete but I think the suggested was 2 hours. Good intermediate questions. After passing this I was scheduled for a 30 minute Skype call that ended up being 20 minutes. Skype call focuses on Soft skills, question style was very much "Tell me about a time when..." Still waiting for a response but I think I did well and i'm excited. Skyscanner was my second ever Software interview and it was professional and well done.

30 minute phone interview followed by a 3 hour long in house interview involving aptitude testing and extensive experience related questions from a mix of senior and non senior engineers as well as probing questions designed to ascertain if I was able to probe for more details and do additional requirements gathering as well as whether or not I was an outgoing person. Several technically excellent people I know have failed the interview here due to being to introverted during interview process
