Interview
I received a phone call from an internal recruiter. We talk about the company, what they were looking for and my skills and past experiences. Few days later I did a coding challenge on hackerrank. It was basically 3 questions and I had to create algorithms to pass some test cases.

Interview
Applied online, had to take a 40-minute IQ test and a short personality test. Two weeks later I have been called for a phone interview, with general and behavioural questions(-Why Skyscanner? -What are your passions? -How do you ensure that you keep learning?). At the end of the interview I was told the results of my personality test and the IQ test(which had gone very well apparently).

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Skyscanner (Edimburgo, Escocia) in Oct 2013
Interview
I applied online, first for Researcher Engineer. Then, they told me that my profile was not a match for a researcher, but they had positions for software engineers, if I have interested, and I said yes. After a week, they send me a coding session (Codility), I did it, and I passed to the next stage. Then, I got a phone interview with a PM, and a TL. It was hard, about software dev, processes, tools, advanced programming questions, sql server (indexes). I did not passed this stage.
