It was very personal, brought to their offices for an onsite technical and personal interview. Overall pretty efficient and straightforward. They presented the option to use either Python or Java, where I chose Python.

3 stages Interview process:
1. soft call with non technical recruiter
2. technical call - nice and chilly talk with 2 experienced developers. Comfortable atmosphere. They were asking tricky questions like the ones printed from internet (i am not sure what kind of software developer they wanted to hire - based on that questions). One was describing some database issue, the 2nd recruiter wasn't even able to give any details about the question because didn't know what his colleague was asking about.
The whole call was about sticking to definitions, like high school exam. When I was giving the answers using similar words that recruiters had on the papers in their hands then the answer was correct.
