Santander Global Operations Summer interview questions

After completing the online application I was invited to take an online numerical test. After this I had a phone interview. Within a week of completing the phone interview I was invited to an assessment center which involved a group activity, an face to face interview with two employees, the delivery of a short presentation to two employees, and finally taking another numerical test in person.
