Santander Customer Experience Advisor interview questions

In person interview after CV was reviewed. The interview lasted just under an hour. Seemed to be a fairly average interview. It was done by the two managers at the time. Considering it was an entry level job the questions were generic however being prepared was helpful.

Two phone interviews with HR - general introduction for around 15 minutes each and one zoom interview with regional manager - asked questions for customer service experience with example required for about 1 hour.
