Santander Administrative Assistant interview questions

I applied online and received a call on 2 days later. We had a quick 30 minute phone interview about my work history, what I was expecting, salary requirements and the woman told me a description of the job. I went in for a face-to-face interview shortly after. The interview lasted about 30 minutes with the woman from HR, a current admin and the boss. They asked me the usual interview questions and sent me home with homework to complete and show my skills. After I submitted the requested work I was offered the position. Great people and the workplace environment is very fun and lively!
