The interview process is fairly extensive. It begins with an interview with a Recruiter that ensures you would be a good fit within the Salesforce Ohana. This individual also helps to guide you through the rest of the interview process. The next two interviews consist of technical and consulting experience interviews. You need to ensure you are prepared and ready to describe the value you brought to your clients. The final interview is a panel interview with a presentation required. You need to be able to answer questions and ensure your responses are structured for your audience.
