I applied through an employee referral. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Salesforce
Interview
Knew the hiring manager so process moved faster than most, about 5 weeks total. Skipped the initial recruiter screen, met with another HM, then a panel presentation to 3 HMs. Recruiter was helpful during the process, met with other AEs to prep. After essentially telling me the process was a formality and still going through several interviews, I didn't receive any follow up from the HMs I met with and received a generic email from the recruiter saying they went in another direction. Did not leave a good impression on me.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Standard questions requiring SMART answers. Also asked where I would need the most support from my manager in the first 30 days, what factors have contributed to my past success, why SFDC.
Recruiter missed multiple interviews only to tell me they have no positions only.
6 months later I receive an interview invite with pay $20k lower than originally discussed
Manager arrives late to the interview then cuts the time early. Company seems disorganized and difficult to take seriously as a so called leader in SaaS.

Walk me through a deal example and how you won the opportunity.
pretty easy interview. Had to do a case. It felt like it was just a formality and they put me up to it to fit into their standard processes. Not the best experience but it is what it is
