It was a standard process. First met with a recruiter, who advanced me to the second round with the hiring manager. If I proceeded I would have met two additional team members.

Question 1
How would you develop a content strategy for this product product offering?
Hiring manager competency questions, then meeting the team I'd be working with and finally a presentation. Took them another three weeks before the offer came. Recruiter was very good however.

There was a presentation on yourself and your career, got very personal. I liked the exercise
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at Salesforce
Interview
I had a referral from one of the team members which helped get my application flagged from the start. Application to Offer was a total of 11 weeks which felt very reasonable based on other interview processes I've been through. The process includes 5 individual interviews (includes the Talent/Recruiter phone screen), and a group interview where I presented a project they provided me. The Talent/Recruiting leader was super communicative, kind/welcoming, and HUMAN. She felt very much like an advocate for me and that she had my best interests at heart. The team - from Talent/Recruiting to the Hiring Manager and the team of colleagues I interviewed with gave the process their full attention and speediness. Everyone was professional, welcoming/human (lived/exhibited the Salesforce values). I had a really stress-free, enjoyable interview experience that set the right tone for accepting my offer and starting a new job.
