The interview process is fairly long. I was contacted by a recruiter about two weeks after submitting my application for a phone screen. Next, I had a video interview with the person who would be my direct supervisor. After one week, I was contacted again for a final in-person interview.
The in person interview was 3 hours long. The first part of the interview was with the person I had my video interview with. After that, I was moved to another room where I was asked to complete a series of tests. I was given 30 minutes to complete an excel test, and a basic writing test to examine my written communication skills. After that, I was moved to another room where I had an interview with a series of people. The first two people were other managers on the team that I would be working with. Once that was over, two more people came in. They were people who had just got promoted from the position that I would be entering into, should I be offered the job. Once that was over, I was told I would be contacted by HR with a decision.
I was contacted a week later by HR with an offer. I was told they had to complete a background check before I could be officially offered the job. That took another week. Once that was complete, I was sent an offer letter.
