Sage Editorial Assistant interview questions

It look approx. 1 hour with two people. I was told about another job that was going as well that I hadn't applied for or even heard of, and was expected to make a quick decision within the first few minutes. I then took a competency based test for 15 mins, which involved proofreading a contract and writing an email to an author.

There was a written test of 45 min and two rounds of PI. First round held in college and second round held at their main office. Second round was with senior manager.
