I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Sage (Londres, Inglaterra) in Aug 2021
Interview
Two interviews. Both had a mix of behavioural/competency questions. I had to complete a task-ordering test before the first interview, but it wasn't mentioned in the interview itself. During the second interview, post-questions, I was given a 10-minute written task to then read out and discuss.
+ Interviewers were friendly.
- Lots of rearranging interviews, introducing new roles during interviews, and waiting for information.

Interview
First interview with behavioural and motivational questions, second round consists of a task whereby I was asked to source potential reviewers from around the world for a an academic text book on research. There was also a writing exercise, a letter to an author, and reviewing the extract of a manuscript assessing its tone, readiness and suitability for the intended market.
The interviews went smoothly, although they were rather short notice, which allowed little time for tasks and prepping.

Interview
I found the job opening on Linkedin, which takes you to an external link to apply on the company website. I submitted my resume and heard back very soon about scheduling an interview. I had a phone interview and was told I would be contacted by the end of the next week if they decided to schedule a second interview. A few days later a second interview was scheduled, this one on Skype. The person I spoke with was kind, calm, and engaging.
