Prospective candidates take an exam and then complete a virtual 1-on-1 with a recruiter. I found the process to be engaging and well communicated. The exam was relevant to skills that would be commonly sought after in the workplace and did a good job testing for grit and other personality attributes.

Interview
Process was quick. I applied on March 25th and was offered the position on April 4th. Of course between that time frame I was asked to do an assessment which was pretty easy, a recoded video responding to interview questions, and then the official virtual interview with a recruiter.

simple , asked important questions about my role but also asked questions to get a sense of who i am they seem interested in my interests and goals. Answered all the questions clearly that i had as well
