Safelite AutoGlass interview questions

I was a temp for 5 months before beginning the actually become full-time with Safelite. The company states that you work around 500 hours before getting hired with the company. This is never true. No one gets hired after those hours. Some people have to wait almost a year to get hired.

Similar to speaking with a used car salesperson. I had a bad feeling from the get go, as if they were just excited to have someone to sucker into a job. But unfortunately I needed a job.
