Phone call, very informative and wasn't rushed. They took the time to listen and made me feel excited about the prospect. Very professional and polite people! He gave me ample time to respond and connected with me as a person.

Multiple interviews over the course of 3 weeks. It started dragging on to the point that by the time they offered the position, I had found other employment. I felt like it could have been done differently. They could have had a panel interview vs. having multiple different interviews with only one person.
