Safelite AutoGlass interview questions

I applied online and received a call from recruitment that same day and we scheduled an interview. I met 1:1 with hiring manager, acted out a written script and answered basic questions, then was offered a position on the spot. Background test & drug screen required. Must complete 3 weeks training M-F.

4 step interview process, two phone interviews and 2 in person. The last interview was an extensive 2 hour interview with multiple different people. They never described the day-to-day duties very well, but seemed like a very nice team to work with overall. A long and extensive interview process.
