Interview
The interview was in-depth in explaining what training would be offered, schedule, pay and benefits. I was asked about previous employment and my experiences with different types customer relation situations. I was very at ease and did not feel any stress during the interview. All in all it was a good experience.

Interview
They did a group interview, and they ended up hiring all but one of us in the interview. The person they didn't hire had a physical disability that disqualified him for the role.

They asked us what experience we had with working on cars, and around tools. Asked us questions on how we would handle different customer service situations.
Very long and tedious- numerous phone interviews, panel interview and presentation along with phyc eval. It was with multiple people from VP to HR director, HR manager and numerous others joined in with the panel interview. I think 10 people
