I applied online. I interviewed at Safelite AutoGlass
Interview
Had a phone screen with a recruiter then a zoom interview with HR and the hiring manager about 2 weeks later. Both interviews lasted approximately one hour each and consisted of your standard situational questions. It was extremely obvious during the Zoom call that the HR person and the hiring manager were doing other work during the interview. My thoughts are if they are not able to provide me their full attention during an interview what would it be like to actually work for them. After about 15 minutes of watching them do busy work and not pay attention I pretty much mentally disconnected from the interview and just went through the motions. Advice to people conducting interviews, Show some manners and give the people you are interviewing 100% of your undivided attention. More than likely they have invested time to prepare for the interview and adjusted their schedule to meet with you. Show some respect.

Question 1
Numerous standard situational questions. The interview with HR and the hiring manager felt like more of an interrogation than a conversation.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Safelite AutoGlass (East Brunswick, NJ) in Apr 2019
Interview
After applying for the job, if you get called in for an interview, it will be a group interview with some of the managers and they will ask you some individual questions in front of the group and go over some basics of the job. If they like you after that, you will receive a call soon after letting you know if you got the job.

Question 1
What are qualities you have that make you a good fit for the job?
Multiple steps and interviews, all over Zoom, learning about company and culture. Very conversational and enjoyable. Had opportunity to ask all questions I had at each step of the interview process.
