Safelite AutoGlass Customer Service Representative (CSR) interview questions

I applied online and received a callback within 2 weeks asking for a in person interview. Before the interview, I was given a assessment that tests your computer skills to see if you knew how to use a computer.

I was asked 2-3 questions, I read a practice phone call and was hired on the spot. it was very easy and it went by quickly. The man who hired me wasn't the usual guy to do it I was told. He was very nervous. I was more comfortable than he was. He asked me to pick the days I wanted to work and gave me certain times I could work. I was given information on how to get drug tested and went strait there since you only have a couple days.
