started off as an online application, if they liked that they you do the online assessment, if you pass this then it is a phone interview & if they are satisfied it is a face to face interview (a lot of steps for a customer service rep job)

Interviewed one time with operations manager. It was an employee referral so they were already aware of my experience. The process was simple - almost too much so. It should have put up some flags for me.

Very nervous at the beginning but the hiring manager was very sweet and really got to know you one on one. At one point in our interview we were discussing our favorite football teams.
