I applied in-person. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Safelite AutoGlass (Columbus, OH) in Feb 2016
Interview
I went to a Job Fair. I arrived toward the end. It seemed like once they realized I was a half-way normal human being with a pulse and the ability to speak over the phone (and I suspect because I had a Bachelor's degree and a resume showing some respectable experience), I was "in."
Full-time staff are scheduled for four weekdays and one weekend day (i.e. you must work either Saturday or Sunday). What is your schedule availability?

I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Safelite AutoGlass (Columbus, OH) in Jun 2018
Interview
I scheduled my interview for 8am because I was told the interview could take up to an hour and I needed to leave for my job by 9am. I arrived for the interview at 7:50am and there was no receptionist for me to check in with. The receptionist did not show up until 8:10am.
They kept me waiting until 8:25am, 25 min after my interview was supposed to start. I told myself if I hadn't been seen by 8:30am, I was just going to leave.
While I was waiting in the lobby for 25 min, there was a group of people who showed up for their first day of training. Their training was supposed to start at 8am, but at around 8:15am, someone came out to tell them that their training location had been changed and someone was supposed to have called them to let them know.
Before the interview even started, I already knew that I no longer wanted this position. During the interview, they asked me a lot of questions on what I thought were acceptable reasons for being late, which is ironic since they were 25 min late. I found my experience with Safelite to be extremely unprofessional and and unorganized.
