it was an on campus interview. The company have very good recruiters. The are interesting people, nice people.
Regarding hiring process, just give the recruiters your resume and you are good to go. Chatted with the recruiters at the events.

Interview
The first stage is self introduction for 3 mins which requires us to tell them 3 weakness & 3 strength of ours. The interviewer will stop the candidates if the time is exceeded.
Second stage is the group task which require us to build a rig using A4 paper.
After screening out some candidates, the final stage is 1 to 1 Interview which require us to provide some family background, personal interest, and leadership experience.

For my case, they ask no technical questions, probably because I have no petroleum eng. background.
The most difficult question is expected which is 'describing one of your bad experience regarding leadership'

Took about 2 weeks to here from. then got invited to do an interview in Houston at the headquorters building. it then took two more weeks after that to get hired. I was told my location about three weeks before i had to go. they payed for housing and travel both during the interviews as well as when i was actually working their.
