Very nice, very comfortable, but the response time from the initial meeting to the end process was very long, i had to remind them that the process is over and to send a notice.

Basically the process need to go through a Business Case (role play) similar to a manager assessment where you will be put against the ropes with real use cases to proof your management skills. Then will be the moment to come out your coaching and people interest.
