Interview
First you you need to do a personality test and an IQ test that takes about 45 minutes. Then you have to wait a week for an call and they asked some basic questions to me such as why I want to work for Rituals. If you make it through you will have to do a written assignment (takes 1 hour) with different scenarios of questions, complaints and praises that you have to answer. Then I had to wait another week without hearing anything. I did not get further than this so I don't know how it continues. However if you do the writing test make sure you are really creative with your answers and engage with the writer of the comment as much as possible.
Das Gespräch beginnt mit einer kurzen Begrüßung und Vorstellung, danach sprechen wir über meinen Werdegang, meine Motivation und meine Eignung für die Position. Zum Schluss stelle ich meine Fragen und wir besprechen die nächsten Schritte.

Anfangs ein Gespräch mit dem Filialleiter, danach für 15 Minuten musste man ein paar Kunden im Store ansprechen und ein wenig zeigen wie man Leute anspricht. Teilweise Tee anbieten, und ein wenig die Kunden fragen ob sie eine Kundenkarte haben und was es für Prozente aktuell gibt.

Il colloquio si fa in tanti e tutti possono parlare e presentarsi in inglese. Dopo di che ti fanno la proposta di contratto
