Anfangs ein Gespräch mit dem Filialleiter, danach für 15 Minuten musste man ein paar Kunden im Store ansprechen und ein wenig zeigen wie man Leute anspricht. Teilweise Tee anbieten, und ein wenig die Kunden fragen ob sie eine Kundenkarte haben und was es für Prozente aktuell gibt.
