First interview is manger review, will ask you a lot non-tech question, your experience, your work expectations, etc. Second and third is coding interview, each interview has one problem to solve, I think the level is between midium and hard. The fourth is system design, mine is design a news recommending system, the challenge is how to computer top hot news I failed at the fourth, so I don't know the process after this.
