Rippling interview questions

Interviewer was not able to explain the question properly and he pick the leetcode hard question as he didnt like my face ;). He was silent all the time and not engaged. I have to wake him up many times. I would definitely will not work for this company. I didnt waited for feedback email and thought to share feedback here that can be useful for new candidates. Please dont waste candidate time and ask Interviewer to prepare well. If you are asking very hard questions to complete in 45 minutes then have engaged conversations and also provide some hints. And also explain questions clearly.

- An easy interview process, but I found it odd that I spoke to the head of marketing + ops before the hiring manager. If I spoke with the hiring manager first, I would have not continued with the process. Super very fast turnaround between interviews (3 interviews in 4 business days). Mutually decided not to move forward with the interview process after meeting with the hiring manager. He described the culture as "very intense" and a typical workday as 12 hours with an always-on email/Slack mentality. I would have continued interviewing with Rippling if there was more work/life balance. Interview Process: 1. Call w/ recruiter (30 min) 2. Call w/ head of marketing + operations (45 min) 3. Call w/ the hiring manager (45 min)
