Interview scheduling took forever. I constantly had to reach out to the recruiter to figure out what's happening. The first two rounds of interviews went fine. Your standard behavior/case questions. The final round with the ops manager was horrendous. Not only did he failed to show up during the scheduled time slot the first time, but he was also late to the second timeslot. Didn't bother to introduce himself or apologize. Then it quickly becomes clear he had no idea which role I was even interviewing for. Unprofessional and inpersonal to say the least. Can't imagine what it's like to work with him.
