Interview
I went through 3 long steps. First I received a.scenario exercise, then interview with hiring manager and then interview with a member of the team. Unfortunately the experience was not good as I had to follow up every time and never really got a feedback.
I can see on their Handbook that Remote commits on providing feedback to every candidate and also one of their core values is transparency. Unfortunately I didn't see any of these.
I email the generic hiring@remote email but I unfortunately think, this is just for the looks. I don't think I'll get a reply from there.
I was so thrilled to.join remote, I've been following them for years and was always interested in what they do, but the recruitment experience was really disheartened.
