It was rather odd. I did the AI interview and then was interviewed by a manager. I was informed I would move on to the next stage and was invited to set up my next interview. On the day of my final interview I was informed a candidate was already chosen and they forgot to tell me. Not an overall professional experience.

Question 1
What is your process when you have to escalate a situation over the weekend when management or staff may be scarce/unavailable?
We're truly sorry for how this was handled. Being invited to schedule your final interview and then being informed on the day that the role had already been filled — without anyone reaching out to let you know sooner — is not the experience we want candidates to have, and we completely understand why it left a poor impression. This fell short of the standard we hold ourselves to, and we'll be using your feedback to make sure it doesn't happen to someone else. Thank you for taking the time to share it despite the frustration.
I had a very positive experience with the recruitment process. The recruiter was friendly and clearly explained the next steps. The interview was well-structured and focused on experience and values. Communication was smooth.
Sent CV, asked me to do an AI interview. Did the interview, camera must be on and it was 40 minutes long with a human-like woman face in the screen. Interview was smooth but of course you get the feeling you are not taken seriously if they don’t even bother to interview you properly. Alter this, I was completely GHOSTED!
Companies are true evil, they should start paying us for the time we invest in interviews.
