Interview
Talent Screen. Video pitch, three-minutes via Loom or Vidyard. Met with two Sales Managers as both teams were hiring. Then moved to VP of Sales. Three weeks to this point.
Now the decision. VP of Sales said he'd get back to me ASAP, doesn't want to keep me on the hook. Said to follow-up if haven't heard anything, did so on three occasions, Ghosted. Month goes by and then get the decline. Left a sour taste in my mouth. These are the people and processes that you will be a part of.

They kept me in the interview process for over 2 months, dragged out the process to the max, I had to remind the TA on several occasions about how everything was progressing. This could have easily taken 2 weeks. Also there were clearly communication errors between managers and TA:s about how the interview stages were going to look like.

Interview
First call with recruiter, email said if there wasn't an available spot in their calendar within 3 business days to reach out, so I did only to be scheduled 1.5 weeks later. By the time I spoke with the recruiter she mentioned they already had spoken to a lot of candidates and some had already spoken with the hiring manager. I completed the assignment required and never heard back from them despite my follow up. Eventually got an auto rejection a month later.
